Job Assistance Ministry! We continue to meet each Wednesday evening from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in the Outreach Building. Everyone is welcome to attend and provide support or share the challenges of the job hunt. Currently we are putting plans together for the  South King County Job Fair here at St Stephens on May 15th from 10 to 2pm.  We are asking for your help to provide names of employers to invite to the job fair as well as places to advertise this event.  Different from most job fairs, we will be having mini seminars for job seekers to attend during the job fair.  More information will be coming so keep watching.  Thanks for your support.

Youth Choir News The St. Stephen's Youth Choir is preparing to sing at the 8:30AM First Eucharist mass on April 28th. Rehearsals are on Sundays, from 10:00-10:45AM in the chapel between morning masses. New singers are welcome. Upcoming rehearsal dates are: March 17th, April 14th and April 21st. Calling Active Seniors! Including 50+ and Widow & Widowers:  With Fr. Ed's encouragement, a new ministry for active Senior Citizens and their guests begins this spring at St. Stephen the Martyr.  Short trips will be offered through, Travel Center. Priceless Senior Jaunts are market priced to include deluxe motor coach transportation, a  snacks, admission, taxes, on-board guide and sometimes lunch. They will be offered on the fourth or last Thursday of alternate months.  Excursion will include prayer, snacks, and jovial fun. Attendance at the Thursday morning Mass is encouraged with a light breakfast provided. The First Bus Trip departs at 9:30am on May 23, to the Shrine at Mossyrock and Veteran's Museum in Chehalis.  Sign-up is $70 which includes lunch and admission. Fliers available in reception. Devotion to the Most Precious Blood  We meet every Thursday (except First and Second Thursdays) for prayers and devotions to the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Prayers start at 7:50pm in the chapel. You are welcome to join us for these powerful prayers.

The All Saints Adoration Ministry continues to expand the daily schedule of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel. The 4th Annual Breath of Aire performance will take place here at St. Stephens on Friday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m., the Friday after Easter Sunday.  This Pacific Northwest choir presents an evening of music that will encourage and uplift everyone who hears them.  There is no charge for admission, and there will be a free-will offering to benefit Terrific Tuesdays Meals.  This is the only fund-raising event for Terrific Tuesday Meals this year.  Please make plans to come out on Friday evening and enjoy a great performance and help support this outreach ministry.  For more information about Breath of Aire, you may visit their website at, and for more information about Terrific Tuesdays Meals, please contact Darlene Simpson in the Outreach office.

Masaka Orphanage” Dinner  The Knights of Columbus are proud to announce the Masaka Orphanage Dinner event to be held the evening of April 13, 2013 at 6pm, in the social hall.  There will be live entertainment, door prizes, and a dessert auction.  The menu will include Salmon, Chicken and Bbq.
