October 30th, 2011

24-Hour Adoration/Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament takes place the first Friday-Saturday of every month. The next opportunity is from 9 AM on Friday, November 4 until 3 PM on Saturday, November 5. Please consider making a Holy Hour in Adoration of our Lord Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. We all come to Jesus with our praises, our thanksgivings, and our needs. Please sign-up for your favorite time(s) on the board by the Chapel doors. Questions? Contact Bernie Wittgens (253-631-5560).

You may bring your Rosaries to the office anytime- Father Ed blesses them all before they are given out. Thank you again!

2011 Adopt-A-Family for Christmas Program The St. Stephen Housing Association (SSHA) currently has 20 families living in our transitional housing. Coming from a homeless shelter, these families are very limited financially and may not be able to purchase Christmas gifts for their families. To help brighten their lives, we have an Adopt-A-Family Program where we request our parishioners to sponsor a family with modest gifts for Christmas. If you cannot afford to sponsor an entire family, maybe you can help a child or two; or, your financial donation of any amount will be combined with others to make this a very Merry Christmas! Please consider donating to this program; contact Barbara Brownlow (425-228-0541) for more information.

Blanket Drive This month, SSHA is hosting a blanket drive!  We need new or gently used blankets for twin and full sized beds. Donations may be dropped off in the box located in the Narthex or at our office in the Outreach Annex. Please contact us (253-638-9798) with any questions. Thank you for your generosity!
